◆Kagoshima City Hirakawa Animal Park ◆
After passing through the main gate at the front, a panoramic view of Sakurajima and Kinko Bay opens up. The view of Africa Park unfolds with a panoramic view of Sakurajima and Kinko Bay in the background, and a herd of animals such as giraffes, zebras, rhinoceroses, and ostriches can be seen. Visitors can also view the animals and Sakurajima while taking a bath in the footbath set up in the park, which soothes tired feet and allows visitors to experience the relaxing tropical atmosphere of Kagoshima. Hirakawa Zoological Park has been developed and operated under the basic concept of "an animal park where you can learn and play happily" so that visitors can observe animal ecology and learn about nature conservation and the spirit of animal welfare while having fun and playing in the midst of nature surrounded by greenery.
